1. Placing an Order

How to Order:

Proceed to checkout
Enter shipping/billing details
Choose payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer)
Confirm order (You’ll receive an email confirmation)

Important Notes:

Handmade Nature: Each product is unique. Slight variations in color/texture are normal.
Pre-Orders: Custom items require 5-7 business days for crafting before shipping.
Order Changes: Contact us within 12 hours at [email protected] for modifications.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (ready-made) / 3-7 days (custom orders)
Tracking: Sent via email once shipped
Delays: Contact carrier first, then notify us if unresolved

3. Returns & Exchanges

Our 14-Day Guarantee:

You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Step-by-Step Process:

Email Us: Contact [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Reason for return
Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions
Ship Back: Use the provided return label (Turkish customers) or your preferred carrier (international)

Conditions:

✅ Accepted:

Wrong size/color (if our error)
Defective/damaged items
Unused items in original packaging

❌ Not Accepted:

Custom-made/personalized items
Used or altered products
Missing tags/packaging

4. Refunds

Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
Method: Original payment type (except bank transfers – refunded via PayPal)
Deductions: Return shipping costs (unless our error)

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Document: Take photos within 48 hours of delivery
Contact Us: Email [email protected] with:
- Order number
- 3-4 clear photos (show damage/wrong item)
Resolution: We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately

6. Cancellations

Before Shipping: 100% refund
After Shipping: Refund minus shipping costs once returned
